Our Story

Our story began in 2004 with a snowplow, a lawn mower, and a commitment to helping our neighbors. Schneider Snow Plowing and Lawn Care was built on early mornings, honest work, and a belief that taking care of people is just as important as taking care of their property.


As our community grows, so do we. What once started as a small local business has now evolved into Schneider Companies LLC, a family of brands dedicated to every part of your outdoor life. From snow removal and lawn care to pools, spas, irrigation, and more. Our companies work together to bring comfort, beauty, relaxation, and reliability to your home.


No matter how much we expand, our foundation never changes. We’re still driven by the same passion that started it all: serving our community with pride, craftsmanship, and genuine care.

Meet ouR Team

Neal Schneider - Owner

Neal is the owner of Schneider Companies LLC. Neal's passion for lawn care and landscaping started at an early age. 


"Since I could push a shovel at my parents house, I would spend most of my time outdoors with my mother working in the yard, mowing, raking, shoveling snow, helping build their retaining walls, and mulching." 


After working in the family business, Neal knew he wasn't meant to stay behind a deal. Wanting to get back to what he loved doing hands-on work, Neal launched Schneider Snow Plowing and Lawn Care. What began as a small operation has now grown into Schneider Companies LLC, the one stop shop for all your outdoor needs. 

Joe - General Manager

Elizabeth - Retail Center Office Manager

Joe - General Manager

Joe is the general manager at Schneider Companies LLC, Joe keeps the daily operations running smoothly. 


With over 21 years of experience in construction and sales, Joe plays a key role in managing projects, preparing bids, and setting each job in motion to turn your vision into reality.


Outside of work, Joe enjoys golfing and hunting.

Chad - Head Forman

Elizabeth - Retail Center Office Manager

Joe - General Manager

Chad is the Head Forman at Schneider Companies LLC, overseeing installation and maintenance across job sites.


Chad ensures every design is executed with precision and maintained to the highest standard, protecting your investment from start to finish. 


Outside of work, Chad enjoys being on the water, and performing with the Rock Aqua Jays!

Elizabeth is the face of the Schneider Companies LLC Retail Center and is always ready to lend a hand. 


Whether Elizabeth is helping load rocks and mulch or out on the road making deliveries, she beings reliability and great service to every interaction.


Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys fishing, kayaking, and crocheting.

Lexus - Business Development Leader

Lexus is the Business Development Leader at Schneider Companies LLC, specializing in marketing and brand development. 


Whether Lexus is capturing photos and videos or managing creative projects at the Schneider Pools and Spas location, she brings positive energy and passion to each task.


Outside of work, Lexus enjoys hiking and spending time with her dogs.
